If you’re unsure of your bra size, find your current bras uncomfortable, or you just fancy a refresher, we recommend getting booked in for a bra fitting.
Getting measured by a professional bra fitter is the best way to ensure you are wearing the correct size and style of bra. Many of us spend a lot of time guessing what size we should be wearing, and as a result, we waste time, money, and live in discomfort. If you can relate to this, book in with us.
Our bra fittings are held in our office in Glenrothes and are hosted by Melissa, the owner of Lissie Lingerie. Melissa has training from the Panache Academy, and has fitted over 100 women, in person and online.
Melissa has created a private, relaxed and judgment free fitting experience. She has had her fair share of both good and bad fittings, and knows how disheartening it can feel, especially if you are over a G cup.
Our bra fittings are free, with bras available to purchase on the day and last up to a hour. Two person appointments are also available. If you have any questions please contact us.
Your Lissie Lingerie orders will be delivered with care by the Royal Mail. We have a few different delivery options, all tracked via email:
- Standard UK Tracked Delivery (Estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch) - £3.50*
- Express UK Tracked Delivery (Estimated 1-2 working days after dispatch) - £4.50
- Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed next working day) - £8.00
- Click and Collect for local customers of KY7 4NX - FREE
*Orders over the value of £75.00 will receive free standard delivery, with the option to purchase express or next day delivery. Returns on all orders are free.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you're no,t we're happy to offer a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags still attached. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the following hygiene requirements:
• Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order in unworn, unwashed, and brand new condition (free of: odours including perfume, body odour, cigarette smoke, deodorant and stains)
• All original packaging and tags must be attached and undamaged
• Unsealed hosiery is not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
• Knickers must be tried on over a pair of your own clean underwear. Returned bottoms are inspected closely to ensure pristine condition.
• Items must be returned in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: formed/hard cup bras (T-shirt bras) should not be crammed into envelopes or boxes too small that crush the product.)
To report a return, contact us on info@lissielingerie.co.uk stating your reason for return. Once the return request has been accepted, we will issue you with a prepaid QR code, take this to the nearest post office, scan the code at a customer service point, and your item will be returned for free.

Lissie Lingerie was founded in 2023 by Melissa Hardie, who first had the idea for a fuller bust lingerie business in 2018 after yet another poor shopping experience.
The idea was born from Mel’s own frustrations, as somebody who has been a large cup since she was a young teen, shopping for a bra was always a huge struggle, and it’s been Groundhog Day since.
Fuelled by the desire for change, Mel’s mission is to create a brand that is recognised for its size range and inclusivity, and most importantly, takes the dread out of lingerie shopping.
The typical lingerie shopping experience isn’t truly size inclusive, and we’re here to help change that.
Plus sizes and large cups are the norm around here, no more browsing through that one dull, boring rack at the back of the lingerie department (we’re all familiar with it), or compromising size for style.
Our goal is to offer as many styles in as many sizes as possible, so we will always be expanding our range to include more sizes, new deisgns and styles, new brands and new products too.
Activewear, swimwear, post surgery, maternity, anything you can think of, we plan to have it.

At Lissie Lingerie, it’s our job to make shopping for a bra an easy and enjoyable experience. We’re an online retailer of large cup and plus size friendly brands, providing you with a range of different styles, as well as sizes that aren’t typically found on the highstreet. We stock a B to K cup, a 28 to 48 band, and we don’t want to stop there. Our goal is to expand our range to cater for everybody who struggles to shop their size.
