Delivery Times and Prices

Your Lissie Lingerie orders will be delivered with care by the Royal Mail. We have a few different delivery options, all tracked via email:
● Standard UK Tracked Delivery (Estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch) - £3.50*
● Express UK Tracked Delivery (Estimated 1-2 working days after dispatch) - £4.50
● Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed next working day) - £8.00
*Orders over the value of £75.00 will receive free standard delivery, with the option to purchase express or next day delivery. Returns on all orders are free.


Where is my order?

Delivery times are counted as working days (Monday to Friday, excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) after the date of dispatch.

During busy sale periods there may be a small delay in dispatch due to a higher volume of orders received.

In very rare cases, orders can sometimes get lost in the post.

If your order has not arrived within these times, please contact us so we can investigate with the Royal Mail.

Lost parcel investigations must be made within 14 days from the date of dispatch, so you must report any non-receipt issues within this timeframe. After this time we are unable to assist.


When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed using a standard delivery service within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) you will receive email confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

Orders placed before 12 midday Monday to Friday using a next day delivery service will be dispatched the same day. Please note that this excludes orders placed on weekends and bank holidays.

During busy sale periods there may be a small delay in dispatch due to a higher volume of orders received.

If there are any problems or issues regarding your Lissie Lingerie order we will contact you promptly by phone or email.


What happens if I’m not home when my parcel is delivered?


For UK Royal Mail deliveries, the carrier may either put the parcel through the letter box providing that it fits, leave it in a safe place, or take it to your local sorting office for pick up or redelivery.

If the parcel is not able to be delivered, the Royal Mail should leave a "something for you" card which will be posted through your letterbox, but in the case where it is not, you should be able to claim your parcel with the tracking number and a form of ID.


Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the quick turnaround time of our orders, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been confirmed.

Please double check that all details of your order are correct, including items, sizes and shipping address, before making payment.

Bank/Public Holidays

Royal Mail does not deliver on bank holidays, so there may be a small delay with your order if it is placed over these periods.
