RETURNS POLICY
It's important to us that you are fully satisfied with your product. If for any reason, after trying on your bra it feels uncomfortable, and does not fit properly, we recommend contacting our bra fitting specialists who will be happy to give further expert fitting advice, suggest an alternative style, or assist you with an exchange or return.
Free Online Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you're not we're happy to offer a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags still attached. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the following hygiene requirements:
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order in unworn, unwashed, and brand new condition (free of: odours including perfume, body odour, cigarette smoke, deodorant and stains)
- All original packaging and tags must be attached and undamaged
- Sale items are exhange only
- Unsealed hosiery is not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Knickers must be tried on over a pair of your own clean underwear. Returned bottoms are inspected closely to ensure pristine condition.
- Items must be returned in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: formed/hard cup bras (T-shirt bras) should not be crammed into envelopes or boxes too small that crush the product.)
To report a return, contact us on info@lissielingerie.co.uk stating your reason for return. Once the return request has been accepted, we will issue you with a prepaid QR code, take this to the nearest post office, scan the code at a customer service point, and your item will be returned for free.
Failure to meet the above requirements will void any refund or store credit on the returned item(s). Non-compliant products will be held for 7 days and return postage is to be paid by the purchaser if they wish to have the items back. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s) at which time you will receive a refund notification email.
Faulty goods - We do our best to ensure that the items we ship to you are in perfect condition and of the highest quality standards. If you receive an item that does not meet these standards please contact our customer services team by emailing info@lissielingerie.co.uk. Any faulty goods returned for inspection must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the fault.
Exchanges
Please return any unwanted items to us for a full refund and repurchase the new required size online. We are unable to offer product exchanges.
In Store Returns
All bras that have been fitted during a bra fitting appointment are not subject to a return or exhange if they have been worn, and not just tried on.
Our bras are fitted, and we make sure every customer is happy with their purchase before they buy. Our bras are fitted on the basis that they will take breaking in, and having a bra that is initually "tight" is not a valid return reason. Any bras ordered at your request, which we don't usually stock in store or online, are not permitted to be returned unless they do not fit properly or are damaged. If the bra you ordered doesn't fit properly, please contact the team and we'll arrange to have this resolved.

Gift Cards
Gift card sales, both online and in person are non-refundable. Gift cards are valid for one year, and can be used on any product other than bra fitting appointment deposits.
